What do your location websites really cost?
Put in how your franchise's sites are run today and what you pay. See three years of it, line by line, next to a published per-location price. Nothing to sign up for, and your numbers never leave this page unless you share the link.
What goes into it
The five costs of a franchise network's websites
Platform or license fees
Enterprise franchise platforms usually charge the whole network a yearly fee, often on a contract of one to two years. The fee rarely appears on their websites, so the only reliable number is the one in your contract.
New location setup
Every new franchisee needs a site. Platforms charge a setup fee, agencies send a build invoice, and a builder account needs someone's time. For a growing network, this line grows every year.
Change requests
Hours, holiday closures, events, a new photo. When each change goes through an agency or a developer, it is billed or queued, and the website falls behind.
Hosting and tools
Hosting, builder subscriptions and a separate listings or reviews tool are small per location and large across a network.
Your team's time
Someone at corporate chases locations for updates and relays them to whoever can edit the site. It never appears on an invoice, but it is real.
How the calculator works
It adds up three years of each cost you enter. Monthly costs are counted for every location open today, and for new locations from halfway through, as if they open evenly over the three years. The Brandyland side uses only the published prices: $99 or $199 per location per month, a $299 launch fee per location unless it is waived, and no charge to build and migrate a franchise network's existing sites. Your team's time is shown beside the totals and never added to them.
Questions
Questions about franchise website costs
How much does a franchise website cost per location?
It depends on how the sites are built. Enterprise franchise platforms usually charge a network-wide yearly fee on a multi-year contract; agencies charge per build and per change; a builder like Wix or Squarespace costs a monthly subscription per location plus the owner's time. Brandyland charges $99 or $199 per location per month, with the build and migration of existing sites free for franchise networks.
Are the example figures quotes?
No. They are examples to start from, not prices from any vendor. Replace each one with the number from your own contract or invoices; the comparison updates as you type.
What is included in Brandyland's price?
Each location gets its website, a phone-first admin, the weekly schedule, notices, events and the sixty-second reply to inquiries with follow-ups. Local includes Google Business Profile sync and review requests; Insights adds call tracking, attribution, benchmarking and layout tests. Corporate gets the brand site, shared pages with locks and one dashboard for the network.
Why are new locations part of the calculation?
Because each new location is where setup fees and build invoices show up. The calculator counts new locations from halfway through the three years, as if they open evenly over that time.
Why is my team's time shown separately?
Time spent chasing updates is a real cost, but only you know how much of it would go away. It is shown beside the comparison so you can weigh it, and left out of the totals so the totals stay facts.
Is there a long contract?
The first year is a commitment, then it is month to month. Every site's content and images export with one click whenever you like, with no exit fee.
