Brandyland

For youth enrichment franchises

Programs, camps and class times that are right this season, at every location.

Every location gets its own website on your brand: after-school programs, workshops and camps, with the week kept current from a phone. Parent questions get an answer within a minute, and corporate sees every location on one screen.

The problem

Why enrichment websites fall behind

The schedule changes every season

After-school in the fall, camps in the summer, workshops on school holidays. A site that needs a developer for each change shows last season's times.

Parents compare programs at night

Questions arrive after bedtime. The location that answers first, with the right program and age group, gets the enrollment.

Camp registration dates get missed

When registration opens, every location needs to say so on the same day, and take it down when camp is full.

Program pages drift

Corporate's program descriptions get edited, copied and outdated one location at a time.

How Brandyland fixes it

What each location gets

  1. 01

A weekly schedule edited from a phone

After-school programs, classes, workshops, camps and open studio, by day. Copy one day to the rest of the week, and the website follows the same minute.

  2. 02

Program questions answered in a minute

The program form sends an on-brand reply within sixty seconds, in your words, and lands in the location's inbox. Follow-ups stop the moment a person answers.

  3. 03

Camp notices on every site at once

"Summer camp registration opens March 1." Corporate posts it to every location, with an end date, and it comes down everywhere by itself.

  4. 04

    Program pages written once

Publish program descriptions to every location and lock what must not change. Locations add their own teachers, photos and schedule.

  5. 05

    Opening soon, collecting interest

A location that has not opened shows its opening date and a form to hear first. On opening day the full site takes over by itself.

  6. 06

    Enrollment stays on your system

Jackrabbit, Sawyer, Amilia or whatever you run: we link to it, or show it on a Book page inside the site where the system allows. We never rebuild enrollment.

And for corporate: one screen for the whole network

  • Brand themes, fonts and colors set once and locked for every location
  • Shared pages published to every location at once, with sections locked or left open
  • Network health, worst first: stale hours, holidays not set, inquiries left waiting
  • Benchmarks across locations on visits, inquiries and reply time
  • An approved photo and video library, by channel
  • Every site and its content exportable with one click, whenever you like

Questions

Questions from youth enrichment franchises

Can each location keep its own class and camp schedule?

Yes. Each location keeps a weekly schedule of programs, classes and camps and edits it from a phone. The website follows within the minute.

Can corporate announce camp registration to every location?

Yes. A brand notice shows across the top of every location's site at once, with an end date after which it comes down everywhere.

Do our locations have to change enrollment software?

No. Enrollment stays on the software each location already uses, such as Jackrabbit or Sawyer. The site links to it, or shows it inside the site where the software allows that.

How are parent questions handled?

The program form sends an on-brand reply within sixty seconds, in your words, and the question lands in the location's inbox. Follow-ups go out until a person answers.

How much does it cost for a youth enrichment franchise?

Local is $99 per location per month and Insights is $199. For franchise networks, the build and migration of your existing sites are free, and it is month to month after the first year.

Can we try it before we commit?

Yes. We build your network first and send one private link: your brand site, a location site and both dashboards to try. Nothing is public until you say so.

See your own network on it before you decide.

Leave your email. A person replies within a day, and the first conversation is about your locations, not a demo script.
