Brandyland

For pet care franchises

Boarding requests answered before they call the next place.

Every location gets its own website on your brand: daycare windows, grooming days and holiday boarding, kept current from a phone. Boarding requests get an answer within a minute, and corporate sees every location on one screen.

The problem

Why pet care websites fall behind

Holiday boarding moves fast

Requests for the holidays arrive in a rush, weeks ahead. The location that answers first usually gets the booking, and a reply on Monday is too late.

One hours table cannot say it all

Daycare drop-off and pick-up windows, grooming by appointment, boarding check-out times. A single set of opening hours leaves owners guessing.

Closures nobody sees

Weather, a water main, a short-staffed day. If the website does not say so, owners find out at the door.

Every location looks a little different

Sites built one at a time drift apart: old logos, different photos, service names that do not match the brand.

How Brandyland fixes it

What each location gets

  1. 01

Boarding requests answered in a minute

The boarding form asks for the drop-off date and the number of pets, then replies on brand within sixty seconds, in your words. Follow-ups stop the moment a person answers.

  2. 02

A weekly schedule for every service

Daycare drop-off and pick-up, grooming days, training classes and puppy socials, by day, edited from a phone. The website shows each one, not just opening hours.

  3. 03

A notice bar with an end date

"Holiday boarding is full from December 20 to 27." One line across every page, gone by itself after the last day. Corporate can post one to every location at once.

  4. 04

Hours and holidays from a phone

Change today's hours in ten seconds. Holidays come with a nudge ahead of time, so the site never shows regular hours on a closed day.

  5. 05

    One brand, many locations

Colors, fonts and shared service pages are set by corporate and can be locked. Locations add their own team, photos and week inside those rules.

  6. 06

Booking stays on Gingr or whatever you run

We link to your booking system, or show it on a Book page inside the site where the system allows. We never rebuild booking.

And for corporate: one screen for the whole network

  • Brand themes, fonts and colors set once and locked for every location
  • Shared pages published to every location at once, with sections locked or left open
  • Network health, worst first: stale hours, holidays not set, inquiries left waiting
  • Benchmarks across locations on visits, inquiries and reply time
  • An approved photo and video library, by channel
  • Every site and its content exportable with one click, whenever you like

Questions

Questions from pet care franchises

Can each location post its own daycare and grooming times?

Yes. Each location keeps a weekly schedule of sessions, such as daycare drop-off, grooming days and training classes, and edits it from a phone. The website follows within the minute.

Do our locations have to change booking software?

No. Bookings stay on the software each location already uses, such as Gingr. The site links to it, or shows it on a Book page inside the site where the software allows that.

How do boarding requests work?

The boarding form asks for the drop-off date and how many pets, sends an on-brand reply within sixty seconds, and lands in the location's inbox. Follow-ups go out in your words until a person answers.

Can we tell customers holiday boarding is full?

Yes. Post a notice with an end date and it shows across the top of every page until that day, then comes down by itself.

How much does it cost for a pet care franchise?

Local is $99 per location per month and Insights is $199. For franchise networks, the build and migration of your existing sites are free, and it is month to month after the first year.

Can we try it before we commit?

Yes. We build your network first and send one private link: your brand site, a location site and both dashboards to try. Nothing is public until you say so.

See your own network on it before you decide.

Leave your email. A person replies within a day, and the first conversation is about your locations, not a demo script.
