The short answer
Uberall keeps you listed everywhere. Brandyland keeps each location's website current.
Uberall says it manages more than 1.4 million locations and is trusted by more than 1,000 brands, with listings on 150+ directories and in 194 countries. Brandyland does not publish to dozens of directories, answer reviews or post to social. It gives every location a website that franchisees edit from a phone, answers inquiries within a minute, and publishes a price per location. For an international listings job, Uberall is built for it. For stale location websites, Brandyland is.

| Pricing | Core plans on request; GEO Studio from $89 a month billed annually | $99 or $199 per location per month, published |

What Uberall is
Uberall describes itself as a B2B multi-location marketing platform for enterprise brands. It is a private company, founded in 2013 and based in Berlin, and sells directly and through partners. Its About page says it manages more than 1.4 million locations, with listings in 194 countries.
It acquired MomentFeed in the US, announced in 2021 with a $115M investment. Brands named in Uberall's own case studies include Pizza Hut, KFC UK and Ireland, F45 Training, RE/MAX Europe and Burger King Belgium.
Where Uberall is strong
It is built to keep many locations accurate and active where people search:
- Listings on 150+ directories, with duplicate suppression
- A review inbox with AI and automated responses, and review requests by email and QR code
- Social posting to Facebook, Instagram, Google and Apple, with an AI writer
- Central, local or shared control for franchises, with role-based access
- A mobile app for updating hours, answering reviews and posting photos
Local pages as an add-on, or a site per location
Uberall's Locator & Local Pages adds search-optimized location pages and a store locator, fed from its listings data, as an add-on. Its product terms say the pages can be hosted by Uberall or by the customer, and that fees cover a set number of page sessions, with more billed as the order specifies.
Brandyland works the other way around: the website is the product. Every location gets a site in the brand's theme, with its own pages, a weekly schedule, events and a notice bar that takes itself down after its end date, edited from a phone. Inquiry forms reply on brand within sixty seconds, and locations not yet open get an opening-soon page.
Pricing and renewal
Uberall's pricing page names three plans, Show Up, Stand Out and Connect, and asks you to request pricing. Its GEO Studio product for AI search visibility has published prices: as of September 26, 2026, $89 a month billed annually for GEO Starter and $349 for GEO Scale. These are not per-location prices.
Its General Terms and Conditions, last updated May 18, 2026, say the agreement renews automatically. If the order sets no deadline, non-renewal notice is due three months before the term ends. Fees are non-refundable and can be adjusted yearly by the greater of the US CPI change or 5%.
Brandyland is $99 per location per month for Local or $199 for Insights. Build and migration are free for franchise networks, and after a 12-month first term it is month to month.
Your data, and leaving
Uberall's terms state that the "Customer will at all times be the sole owner of Customer Data." They also make the customer responsible for backups. Its help center says that when a location goes inactive, the directory entries stay online but stop updating, and some directories remove the content. Location data exports to Excel. With Brandyland, every site's content and images export with one click, any time, with no exit fee.
