What we collect, and what we do with it

What we collect

The work email you enter to request early access, which form you used, and when. Nothing else is asked for.

If you use the free website check, the address you enter and its score. To stop one person overloading the check we also keep a scrambled, one-way code made from your connection; it cannot be turned back into your address.

Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics.

How we use it

To contact you about early access. A person writes to you, not a drip sequence.

We do not sell your email or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who helps us

Vercel hosts this website, Supabase stores the early-access list, and SendGrid delivers email when we send it. Each handles your details only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until early access no longer applies to you.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or its deletion: reply to any email from us. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information.

Our customers' websites

When a business runs its websites on Brandyland, the details its visitors send through those sites belong to that business; we store them on its behalf. Every one of those sites has its own privacy notice at /privacy.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
