Comparison
Brandyland vs DevHub for franchise location websites
DevHub and Brandyland both build websites for franchise networks: a brand site, a page or site for every location, and a way to find the nearest one. They differ in size, in pricing, and in how much each location does for itself.

The short answer
Both are built for franchises. DevHub quotes a custom build. Brandyland publishes a price per location.
DevHub is a website platform and CMS for franchise and multi-location brands, with a team that designs, builds, migrates and supports the sites. Brandyland is newer and smaller. It publishes one price per location, builds and migrates a franchise network's sites for free, and gives franchisees a phone-first admin for hours, schedules, notices and inquiries. For a custom-scoped build from an established team, look hard at DevHub. For a set price and franchisees editing from their phones, look at Brandyland.

What DevHub is
DevHub describes itself as a website platform and CMS built for franchise and multi-location brands, with its own build and support team. Its FAQ puts the best fit at roughly 25 to 200+ locations, and says it also serves systems with several thousand, multi-brand franchisors and private equity portfolios.
It is deliberately focused. The FAQ says DevHub is neither an all-in-one marketing platform nor an agency, and connects to other vendors for SEO, paid media, CRM and reviews. Brands named in DevHub's own case studies include Floor Coverings International, and its FAQ names Batteries Plus, K9 Resorts and Honest-1 Auto Care.
Where DevHub is strong
Its FAQ lists tools built for running many franchise sites at once:
- Bulk editing across hundreds or thousands of locations
- Role-based franchisee access, with corporate choosing what each role can change
- Multi-brand portfolios in one dashboard, with brand-level templates
- A headless option that adds location pages to an existing corporate site
- Migrations with full 301 redirect mapping and parallel environments
How the pricing works
DevHub does not publish a price list. Its FAQ says the price depends on system size, integrations and build scope, with a one-time implementation cost and a recurring annual cost after launch. Its site offers a price estimator, and DevHub is the right source for any figure.
Brandyland puts its price on the page: $99 per location per month for Local, which includes Google Business Profile sync and review requests, or $199 for Insights. Build and migration are free for franchise networks, the $299 launch fee per location is waived for pilots, and after a 12-month first term it is month to month.
What a franchisee does on a Saturday
On DevHub, the franchisor sets what franchisees can edit through role-based permissions, which suits brands that want firm central control.
Brandyland starts from the franchisee's phone. A location owner changes today's hours, sets holidays after a nudge, confirms regular hours with one tap, and edits the weekly schedule, events, photos and their own pages. A notice bar takes itself down after its end date. Inquiry forms reply on brand within sixty seconds, and corporate sees stale hours and waiting leads on a network health dashboard, worst first.
Leaving either one
DevHub's FAQ says a customer that leaves keeps ownership of its content, design, data and domains, with offboarding support. Ask for the export format in writing, as you would with any vendor. With Brandyland, every site's content and images export with one click, any time, with no exit fee.
